Nikki is a recruitment professional with over 18 years experience.  She is passionate about building long term relationships and ensuring an excellent candidate experience on behalf of our clients.

Although she has worked predominately in agency environments, time spent working as an inhouse recruiter has given her a strong understanding of the challenges faced when looking to attract and hire a diverse and talented workforce.

With extensive experience working across a broad range of industry sectors, Nikki utilises the most effective research techniques to undertake a proactive search to identify and engage candidates with the skills and expertise aligned to your business.
